Home care across mid-Cheshire
Familiar faces, in your own home
When a parent starts to struggle, the hardest part is not knowing who to trust with them. We send the same carers, at the same times, to the place they already know — so the person coming through the door is someone they recognise.
No charge for the visit, no obligation, and no pressure at the end of it.

Rates start from £25
Available seven days a week and tailored to what you need. Visits from 30 minutes — no one-hour minimum. Every package includes:
What drives the cost, and who might pay- A named carer who comes back, not a different face each week
- Travel between visits — you are not charged for it
- A written care plan, agreed before anything starts
- A free home assessment with no obligation
Why families choose us
Small on purpose
We have grown deliberately slowly. The moment an agency gets too big to send the same carer twice, the promise that matters most is the first thing to go.
The same carers, not a rota
We match you with one or two regular carers and keep it that way. Being helped to wash and dress by someone you know is a completely different experience from a stranger at the door.
From thirty minutes
Plenty of agencies insist on an hour minimum. We don't. A half-hour morning call is genuinely all some people need, and it isn't our place to sell more than that.
A free visit before anything starts
We come out, meet you at home, and talk through what would actually help. No charge for the visit, and no obligation at the end of it.

Somewhere they already know
Moving into a home is a bigger upheaval than most families expect, and it is often not the only option. A few well-timed visits a week can be the difference between managing at home and not.
We would rather tell you honestly that you need more help than we can give than take a booking we cannot do properly. If that is where you are, we will say so.
What we do
Help that fits around the day you already have

What families say
In their words, not ours
Every review below was written by a client or their family. We have not edited them, and there are no invented ones.
Grateful
The ladies were always so kind to me and mum, and each one created a special bond with my father and treated him respectfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend brighter Days and will always be grateful
Hannah, Congleton Happy
I’ve been very happy with you and the carers looking after mum and mum finally had some confidence in having carers. I just wanted to say thank you for all you help.
Susan, Holmes Chapel Thank You
Thank you so much to you and all your team for everything that you have done for Mum and Dad. It was so good to have all the help for Mum to be at home for such a good length of time.
Netty, Holmes Chapel Caring
Just a line to say a big thank you for caring and supplying care for Hilda. Thank you for a very good lot of care staff, they did us proud. I hope you go from strength to strength with Brighter Days.
Harold, Holmes Chapel Professional
Brighter Days companions are very professional. All are so reliable, well trained, extremely understanding and provide a very high standard of care.
Mandi, Northwich Kind
I can't find any fault, everyone is so kind.
Maureen, Knutsford
Where we work
Are we near you?
We're based between Northwich and Knutsford, and most of our work is in the towns and villages east of there.
Not on the list? Ring anyway — if we can't help we will say so, and we'll try to point you at someone who can.
Start with a free visit, not a commitment
We come out, meet you at home and talk through what would actually help. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation at the end of it.
