After caring for my dear Dad, I was apprehensive about having help from “strangers” but from the moment we met Ruth and each one of the team, I felt a huge sense of relief that I had such a kind, professional and reliable team helping me look after dad. The ladies were always so kind to me and mum, and each one created a special bond with my father and treated him respectfully. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend brighter Days and will always be grateful for the care and support they gave us all.
Gill is very efficient, reliable and so Kind to Pat and a great help to both Pat and myself. An excellent carer.
I’ve been very happy with you and the carers looking after mum and mum finally had some confidence in having carers. I just wanted to say thank you for all you help.
Just a line to say a big thank you for caring and supplying care for Hilda. Thank you for a very good lot of care staff, they did us proud. I hope you go from strength to strength with Brighter Days. As you know I wasn’t very keen at the start, but they were a lovely lot of ladies. So hats off to them
Of all the care companies I have had in the past 16 years Brighter Days have been the very best by far. The staff were the most helpful and I was very sad to see them go.
Ruth and her team have provided an excellent care service for my Mum since September 2022.Brighter Days companions are very professional. All are so reliable, well trained, extremely understanding and provide a very high standard of care. All the carers are lovely and so good with my parents, being flexible and adapting to the changing situations. This all helps dad as they provide so much support daily. The carers in addition to caring for mum are always happy to make suggestions to dad and help make changes to ensure everything is done for the comfort of then both.
The communication with Ruth and her team is always excellent and there is a very good relationship with the family.
All have made a huge difference to our family, and we highly recommend Brighter Days Companions.
Nicki’s service could not be better; she is a gem to me.
Mum has been receiving care from Brighter Days for the last 12 months and receives 4 visits a day. During that time Mum has built a lovely rapport with all the carers and had grown very fond of all of them. All the carers treat mum with dignity and respect at all times. They are always on time with their visits and if they are held up they always let mum know. The carers keep us informed of any issues. Overall, we as a family are extremely happy with the service Brighter Days are providing and we are reassured that she is being well looked after when we are not around. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.
I’m very happy and I know my dad is very happy with his care thank you to all of you. To have the trust of your team, to look after our dad its been a massive relief. I’ve been trying to catch up with so many things including supporting my mum and her medical appts and needs, (she’s had to wait for me to help her with many things at home as I’ve been trying to get dad in good hands for a long time) I’ve got so much paperwork, emails and calls to get through for dad and mum!
But now I have space to do that. But to be able to also plan quality time out with my mum and dad and be a daughter and know I can rely on Ania and Nicola, I can’t tell you how much that has lifted off me. I care so much for my parents and they’ve had such rough times.
If I go on anymore I’ll start blubbering!! I’m filling up!!…
All I can say is thank you, and Ania and Nicola from the bottom of my heart Xx<
Thank you so much to you and all your team for everything that you have done for Mum and Dad. It was so good to have all the help for Mum to be at home for such a good length of time.
All of us are extremely grateful to everyone and it was a pleasure getting to know you all. We all send our very best wishes to everyone.
Dad is still adjusting to the change, as the house is very different now. Dad did say he hopes he will see you in Costa. They send their love too.
We’ll keep in touch and might see you in Costa too.
All of us would like to thank you for all your hard work, for being there and sorting everything out for us all over the past 2 years.
Take care and very best wishes.
